Delivery Policy

Cash on Delivery service is not available. Pick up is recommended over delivery.

Deliveries are made only on the date specified in your order.

We ship only within Mumbai.

We use third party delivery services to deliver, the fee being added to your final order. Do note that each delivery comes with a risk, products once picked up for delivery by the agent are not our responsibility. Additionally, we’re not liable for delays due to floods/ heavy rains/ traffic jams/festival celebrations/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.

The contact number provided to us is the number that will we used to coordinate deliveries. The pet treats are freshly baked goods made without any preservatives- therefore subject to temperature changes. To ensure the freshest treat for your pet, please ensure that someone is available to collect the treat at the specified delivery location at the specified time and not left outside unrefrigerated with security/caretaker etc.

Copyright and Photo Usage

We reserve the right to use photographs of orders we prepare on our website, blog and social channels. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, or that we provide you with a picture of your order we will usually be happy to do so but you must let us know at the time of ordering. All images on our website are copyright protected. If re-posting our images, please link credit back to our original post.

Cancellation Policy

All our pet treats are freshly baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds, credit or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product.

All orders cancelled 3 days or more, prior the delivery/pick-up date will receive a full refund on the order total, provided we have not begun work on your order.

Orders cancelled within 0-2 days prior to the delivery/pick-up date will not be entitled to a refund.

Refunds will be made within 15 working days.

 

Cancellation by Flooferie:

 

We may be compelled to cancel an order if certain circumstances/disasters/emergencies/occasions do not allow us to fulfill the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If there is a mutually agreed cancellation, the said amount will be refunded back in your account within 15 working days.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Flooferie and accept Flooferie’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and to our online customers.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not sell/distribute/rent our customer data or newsletter emails to anyone.

Payment and billing information: We might collect your billing name, billing address, delivery address and payment method when you buy a product

We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us.
